Faulkner Main Gallery: SBCC School of Extended Learning, Digital Photography Class
For the month of January a series of photographs by SBCC students enrolled in SBCC’s School of Extended Learning Digital Photography Class are on display in the Faulkner Main Gallery at Central Library (40 E. Anapamu St.) These photographs feature landscapes, people, animals and more and will be on view through the month of January. Please join the artists on First Thursday January 4, 2023 in the gallery.
SBCC's School of Extended Learning (SEL) offers a unique course taught by veterans, for veterans called "Digital Photography: Techniques and Creative Applications in a Community-Oriented Setting." This course is made possible by support from the SBCC Foundation and donations of equipment and materials by Canon. It is currently taught by brothers and Vietnam War-era veterans, Bill and Steve Espinosa. SBCC's School of Extended Learning (SEL) instructors, Bill and Steve Espinosa, and their Veteran students build community and produce high quality digital photographs.
Exhibits at the library are free and open to the public. City-operated parking lots offer free parking for the first 75 minutes.
